Wednesday, May 13th: Science Experiment Day!

I hope that everyone enjoyed Lemonade Day. We will be discussing the lemonade taste test at our Zoom meeting at 11:00 today, Wednesday. Today is Science Experiment Day! I have posted 3 science experiments on Seesaw and the hard copies are attached to my email. I hope that your children all enjoy experimenting and I will see them all at 11:00 a.m.!

Tuesday, May 12th: Lemonade Day!

I hope that you all had a great Monday! Tomorrow will be Lemonade Day. I have posted several Lemonade Day activities on Seesaw, and have also sent you an additional Symmetry Art Drawing optional activity for my artists out there! Feel free to take a picture and upload to Seesaw.

As a fun activity, please have your child make both kinds of lemonade, pink and yellow, and then have a taste test. You can have a blind taste test if you wish! Have your child ready to share his/her preference at our class Zoom meeting on Wednesday. Enjoy another beautiful sunny day.

Monday, May 11th! Watermelon Day!

All this week I will be posting activities on Seesaw pertaining to the theme of the day. Monday’s activities will all be Watermelon themed! I will always post a math, reading, writing and creative activity, however, I know that everyone is growing tired of the computer, so please feel free to do one, two, or all of the activities posted each day! Don’t worry about emailing if your child hasn’t been able to get to everything this week, but hopefully the fun-nature of all the activities will serve to motivate!

As always, I would encourage you to have your children reading every day in addition to the activities, but I understand that everyone has summer fever :).

Have a wonderful Monday!

Thursday, May 7th!

This is a friendly reminder that tomorrow is the day for you to pick up your child’s things from Tritt. I have bagged all of your child’s things and they are in alphabetical order outside our door. Please bring your child’s library books to return.  If you have any of my books, please put them on the shelf right inside my door. I would really appreciate that!
